PAYMENT OF FEES

As much as possible, the College requires the payment of tuition and other fees in advance, but students who are not financially able to do so may make payments on installment in accordance with the  schedule of monthly payment determined by the College.


REFUND OF FEES / COMPLETE WITHDRAWAL

Students who desire to leave the College for valid reasons before the opening of classes and within 15 days after the opening of the regular classes shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with the following schedule:

  • Before the opening of classes : 100% of the amount paid to the College except the registration fee
  • One week after (first and second days of the summer term) the opening of regular classes, whether or not they have attended classes:
    - On installment basis - no refund
    - On cash basis - 90% of the amount paid in tuition fee.

  • Registration and Miscellaneous fees are not refundable.

    Two weeks after( 3rd, 4th, and 5th days of summer term) the opening of regular classes whether or not they have attended classes
     - On installment basis - no refund
     - On cash basis - 80% of the amount paid in tuition fee.
     - Registration and Miscellaneous fees are not refundable.

    After 15 days from the opening of regular classes, whether or not they have attended classes, no refund will be given but full payment for the course must be paid or charged.
