Our Objectives
Cognizant of the philosophy of The National Teachers College
anchored on the principles of democracy, responsibility and competence; and
committed to the ideals of excellence and dedication to duty that the founders
of this institution had imbued upon the members of the NTC Community, we, the
staff of the different offices of The National Teachers College bind ourselves
into one organization of the following objectives:

To foster loyalty to the institution and keep alive the
spirit of democracy, responsibility and competence among the members of the NTC Community.
To unite the administrative personnel into an
enlightened, dedicated and efficient workforce of the school that will assist in
maintaining its standard of excellence.
To enhance the professional, social and personal
well-being of the individual members of the NTC Administrative Staff.
