The College PTA is an association of
parents and teachers in the tertiary level legitimized with a Constitution and
By-Laws and set of officers and the only one of its kind in Metro Manila.
Conceived in the spirit of service and self-sacrifice, the officers serve
without compensation, emolument, allowance or benefit in any form. To those who
get elected during the annual general assembly "It becomes an honor to serve and a challenge to work for the
sake of the students in particular, and the school in general".
All through the years, the activities of the NTC College PTA
have expanded from participation in institutional affairs to scholarship grants,
leadership incentives, Christmas cheers, assistance to victims of calamities and
other misfortunes, and active involvement in other school projects.

The officers of the College PTA have parent and faculty
counterparts from the Secretary to the Members of the Board. Only parents are
qualified to be elected as Presidents and Vide-Presidents.
