MAEd major in Educational Management

The Master of Arts in Education, major in Educational Management is designed for educators who are interested in acquiring knowledge and expertise in the area of educational management. The program curriculum includes education finance, school laws, the educational manager’s role, community relations and supervisions of school personnel. A comprehensive internship is included in the program sequences dependent upon the college and apprenticeship regulations. Graduates of the program seek professional opportunities as subject coordinators, HRD heads, department heads and principals. Teachers with Teacher 3 as their rank and those with administrative and/or supervisory functions in elementary, secondary or tertiary are admitted to the program.
