Admission Process

Online Enrollment

Fill up the application form HERE.

You will receive an email giving you an instruction on how to upload your admission requirements.

The Admissions Office will send an email as soon as your credentials are evaluated by the Academic Council. Your subjects and schedule will be reflected in your Student Portal. Instructions on how to access the student portal will also be given at this stage.

Pay your down payment via the Student Portal.

You are now officially enrolled.

In-Campus Enrollment

Proceed at the Admissions Office and fill up the application form.

Submit your admission requirements for evaluation

Admissions Officer will evaluate your credentials and provide you with your Registration Form.

Proceed at the Cashier tp settle the down payment.

You are now officially enrolled.

Admission Requirements

We understand that admission requirements may not be readily available. Our Admissions Officer will set a date as to when you can submit the original copies of the documents at a later time. In the meantime, you may send a scanned copy (or photos) of the following if available (if not available, we totally understand, and you can arrange with the Admissions Officer as to when you can submit them) via the application portal or email at admission@ntc.edu.ph:

Transferees

  • Upon Admission:
    • Transcript of Records / Copy of Grades for evaluation
    • Birth Certificate
    • Marriage Certificate (if records are in maiden name)

  • If the following are already available, kindly submit upon admission. If not yet available, kindly submit the original and photocopies within the semester:
    • Certificate of Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal)
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character (if not yet included in the Honorable Dismissal)
    • Transcript of Records (TOR) wth a notation “Copy for the National Teachers College”
    • Original and 2 Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
    • Original and 2 Photocopy of Marriage Certificate Marriage Certificate (if records are in maiden name)
    • Two (2) pieces 1×1 ID Picture
    • Two (2) pieces Long Brown Envelope

Freshmen: Grade 12

  • Upon Admission:
    • Report Card
    • If report card is not yet available (any one of the following):
      • Certificate of enrollment
      • Certified true copy of latest report card
      • Certification from principal that you are a graduating Senior High School student or have graduated already
    • Birth Certificate

  • If the following are already available, kindly submit upon admission. If not yet available, kindly submit the original and photocopies within the semester:
    • Original and photocopy of Form 137 and 138
    • Original and Photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
    • Original and 2 Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
    • Original and 2 Photocopy of Marriage Certificate Marriage Certificate (if records are in maiden name)
    • Two (2) pieces 1×1 ID Picture
    • Two (2) pieces Long Brown Envelope

For Graduates Of Previous Years Who Have Not Enrolled In College Yet (2015 Or Earlier)

  • Original and Photocopy of Form 138
  • Certification from the Principal that:
    • The student’s Form 137 is still in school
    • The student’s Form 137 has not been forwarded to any college / university
  • Original and 2 Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • If married, Original and 2 Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
  • Original and Photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Two (2) pieces 1×1 ID Picture
  • Two (2) pieces Long Brown Envelope

  • Original and Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
    • Original and Photocopy of ALS Diploma from DepEd
    • Certificate of Rating (COR)
    • Original and Photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
    • If married, Original and 2 Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
    • Two (2) pieces 1×1 ID picture
    • Two (2) pieces Long Brown Envelope
    • For ALS Graduates from 2017 to present: ALS Learner’s Permanent Record (AF-5)
